The GD-6000 Variable-Frequency Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester adopts variable-frequency anti-interference technology and is suitable for measuring dielectric loss factor (tanδ) and capacitance in strong electromagnetic interference environments such as substations. The instrument has a built-in high-voltage power supply and precision measurement circuit, and can perform on-site testing of high-voltage equipment such as transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, insulating oil, and capacitive voltage transformers.
It supports variable-frequency measurement mode, which improves measurement stability by changing the test frequency to avoid power-frequency interference. It has a CVT self-excitation measurement function and can measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of capacitive voltage transformers. The instrument can store multiple sets of test data and supports USB flash drive export for subsequent analysis.
Measurement range: capacitance 0.1pF~50μF, dielectric loss factor 0~100%; measurement accuracy: capacitance ±(0.5% reading+1pF), dielectric loss ±(1% reading+0.0005); output voltage: 0.5kV~10kV adjustable; operating frequency: 45Hz~65Hz and variable frequencies such as 47.5Hz/52.5Hz; power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz; working environment: temperature -10℃~50℃, humidity ≤85%RH.
It is suitable for power system maintenance, preventive testing, and handover testing, and can perform dielectric loss measurement on equipment such as transformer windings, instrument transformers, bushings, and insulating oil. Reference standards: GB/T 20833.3-2018, DL/T 962-2005, etc.
