The HN-6000 Variable-Frequency Anti-Interference Dielectric Loss Tester adopts variable-frequency power supply technology and can measure the dielectric loss factor (tanδ) and capacitance of power equipment under strong electromagnetic interference. The instrument is suitable for insulation performance testing of high-voltage equipment such as transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, capacitive voltage transformers (CVT), and insulating oil, and meets the requirements of standards such as DL/T 962-2005 General Technical Specifications for High-Voltage Dielectric Loss Testers and GB/T 20833.3-2018 Rotating Electrical Machines—Winding Insulation—Part 3: Measurement of Dielectric Loss Factor.
1. Supports one-time measurement using the CVT self-excitation method, without removing the primary leads, and can simultaneously measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of the CVT.
2. Equipped with variable-frequency anti-interference capability, it can operate stably under 50Hz/60Hz power-frequency interference and automatically filter out interference signals.
3. Provides multiple measurement modes such as forward connection, reverse connection, and CVT self-excitation method to meet the wiring needs of different equipment.
4. Built-in high-voltage power supply with an output voltage range of 0.5kV~10kV, adjustable manually or automatically.
5. Large-screen LCD display shows measurement waveforms and parameters in real time, and supports data storage and export.
Dielectric loss factor measurement range: 0~100%, resolution 0.001%; capacitance measurement range: 3pF~60000pF, resolution 0.001pF; measurement accuracy: tanδ ±(reading × 1% + 0.0005), capacitance ±(reading × 1% + 0.5pF); power supply: AC 220V±10%, 50Hz; operating environment: temperature -10℃~50℃, relative humidity ≤85%.
Suitable for substation maintenance, equipment handover tests, and preventive tests in power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research institutes. It can measure dielectric loss and capacitance for equipment such as transformers, current transformers, voltage transformers, bushings, arresters, and capacitors.
